Following a series of meeting in Amsterdam, Netherlands, Bola Adefehinti of Port 2 Port West Africa Limited (“Port2Port”) finalised a strategic alliance agreement with ESS&SA Management B.V.
The joint venture has led to the creation of a new company called Mainbridge Offshore B.V. The new company in conjunction with Port2Port will drive the Group’s planned Maritime Security operations in the West Africa region.
Under the new arrangement, Mainbridge Offshore B.V. will leverage on ESS&SA Management’s longstanding experience and credentials to secure new International clients with seagoing operations/ activities in West Africa whilst Port2Port will deliver the physical security operations under its MOU with the Nigerian Navy.
